Avoid at all costs. No one greeted us or let alone was even at the desk. Then, 3 employees walked past us before someone asked if we needed help. The color matching specialist brought me over to a chair where there was hardly any light and would only show me 2 teeth. She was less than kind when I asked if I could see others. I have now been in temporary teeth for a month.
Harmony Dental Lab has an incomprehensible work ethic. After being postponed for the 3rd time to replace a tooth, they show up at my finally made appointment stating they don’t have my tooth. After reading other reviews I guess I should feel lucky they will not be the ones making my permanent tooth. Thanks for wasting my entire day. Any dentist using this lab needs to re-think it as it certainly made your practice look incompetent also. -10 stars pathetic
I tried to share my concerns directly with the lab out of respect but Dave wasn’t interested in being accountable. He stated he didn’t have to talk to a patient. While this is true, I’m a patient with 37 years in dentistry. I have referred many dental offices to use your lab. But after this, I can assure you I will strongly discourage my clients.
