They accept Delta Dental which is why I started going. Dr. Koester and his crew are easy going and always good to me. I have been going for 4 years and I have never had a problem (scheduling, dental work, etc). To the other comments being made: It's real simple, allow time to arrive early. If you like your dentist's office to be uncaring, inflexible, unfriendly, cold and take twice as many visits as other practices...then this is your place. I have had two appointments, both were examples of bad customer service and a generally uncaring attitude towards their patients. I was five minutes late to my first appointment (I made a wrong turn) and was turned away, told to call to re-schedule an appointment. That was enough for me.
