Staff were Friendly & Professional!! Very informative. I had not given them my insurance info prior to my appt They quickly looked it up & were able to inform me of what may or may not be covered in the exam The Doctor was Extremely Informative. She recommended several options to improve my gum & dental care. She also took Extensive time & care as to my tooth sensitivity to give me THE BEST DENTAL CLEANING I Have Ever had!
so far my experience has been amazing!!! i came looking for a second opinion after my dentist told me she want to remove a k9 and 3 front teeth. she told me that was not her plan after seeing x-rays, my roots are dead but it’s not painful at all so she decided to do fillings and wait to see if root canals and crowns are the way to go. no need at all to remove teeth! also the first visit she told me she had time to do 2 of my fillings on my very front teeth!! i already feel so much more confident in my smile :)
When you actually get an appointment, it's great. I phoned this morning to double check that the appointment I had taken time off work to go to was still going ahead and they said "no it has been cancelled". They did not tell me ahead of time, nor could they tell me why it has been cancelled. I had to reach out to them to find out. This same thing has also happened to my wife TWICE this year. And since they book out 3-6 months ahead, she hasn't been seen in 2024. My advice: go elsewhere, even if you get scheduled with them, ... read more
