I had my regular dental cleaning this past week and once again, I had a wonderful experience all around. From Maria, the receptionist, to the entire staff I was made to feel comfortable and cared for. I suffer from dental chair anxiety, and I’m always a little stressed while I’m in the chair, so I appreciate how Ruth made small talk with me to ease my nerves a bit. This business is deceitful. On Jan. 6 2026, Their dentist, Dr. Dol was not in BCBSTX network but they told me they’re in the network. They told me they would credit back any extra amount when my insurance carrier had the Explain of Benefits, but to get the service I had to pay $823 upfront for crown treatment. I paid them. When the Explain of Benefits became available and my coinsurance amount for in-network were around $418. Dr. Doh was not only professional and friendly to talk to, but she was also transparent and provided high-quality dental service from a patient's standpoint. I had a number of issues with my teeth that some dentists had looked at but done a poor job of treating them. Dr. Doh identified them at my first visit and suggested a plan to fix them one by one, from the most painful to the least.
