My mother recently visited Dental Focus in Merrylands and saw Dr Yasmin Hamd for a filling. She received excellent service, Dr Hamd was very gentle, careful, and clearly highly skilled. Mum felt comfortable throughout the whole procedure and was really happy with the care she received. Highly recommended!
Waited over an hour past my appointment with no proper update. Jessica was rude, impatient and unpleasant, and seemed more busy chatting with colleagues than helping customers, even after I checked multiple times. When I was finally seen, the treatment felt rushed and my time was cut short due to their delays. Very unprofessional experience.
I came in to get a quote on wisdom tooth extraction and was told it’s $600 per tooth… that’s not the problem it’s how I was looked at by the hijabi girl when I was told the price. Pacific smiled dental is charging $280 for the same job … don’t look at me like I’m the one with the problem when you’re charging over double what another dentist in the same shopping centre is charging. Fix your attitude please.
