I saw Dr Jessica today and had such a wonderful experience! She was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, step by step. I never felt pressured, and she only recommended the treatments that I genuinely needed. I also had teeth whitening done, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! I had a very disappointing experience with Dental Focus. The receptionist was rude, unprofessional, and made me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrived. I booked appointments for both my wife and myself. However, when we arrived, I was told that only my wife's appointment had been booked, and mine was not in the system.
