The receptionist is amazing at what she does! There’s bit of a wait so prepare for that but everyone is friendly and gets the job done in a timely fashion once they see you. As someone who never reviews businesses, I’m only making this review because of how personable and great the receptionist and staff was.
I moved to Virginia in 2023 and had difficulty finding a dentist to accept my insurance. I made an appt months in advance for a simple check up and cleaning. I waited for well over 2 hours and finally told the receptionist that I could not continue to wait. A women behind the counter told me that she could clean my teeth, but acknowledged that she was not a dentist or hygienist, but claimed to be certified.
