This place consists of crooks. They trapped me in a loan and did not honor my request to look up my insurance company. When they trapped me in a loan after giving me horrible service ( 3 shattered crowns upon implementation ) and then they said they need ME to get permission from Alpheon to get the $3000 refund. From my first visit Anna was very friendly and knowledgeable and the Dr's are very thorough with their treatments...I am glad I chose Dental First Care for my dental needs!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAMMM! I bought a groupon for a cleaning and they made me go there and FORCED me to go to a "free" checkup to decide what would be the best cleaning for me and then upsell me to a up to 300,00 cleaning.Bait and switch! go and check by yourself the reviews at groupon as well.Dont get me wrong, I genuinely did buy the groupon to get to know them through the cleaning. Came in for an initial appointment a few weeks ago. I was informed I had a cavity on my upper right wisdom tooth. Followed up with a teeth cleaning my second visit with Dr. Ivette and her assistant Johana. Third visit, I had the wisdom tooth pulled with Dr. Jose. Process was way simpler than I expected. That was my first tooth ever pulled. Ana the office manager was cool. Good experience overall.
