I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. I paid for a flipper in December 2025, and months later I still have not received it. I’ve repeatedly had to follow up without getting the issue resolved. To make matters worse, I showed up for my scheduled appointment only to find the office closed during my appointment time. Absolutely avoid, they do not honor Groupons and will instead upsell you on everything else. Groupon states x-rays & cleaning for one person. After an hour of x-rays, and speeches about what they can do for you. Front desk Anna Coerva will usher you back into her office and show you all the prices of everything. I stated from the start that I was here for the cleaning and would be using the Groupon. They made sure to do everything but the cleaning. Honestly, I put 1 star because it doesn't let me select 0 STARS. The office took the xrays and found no cavities, etc. When it was time for the cleaning, they recommended a deep cleaning instead of the regular cleaning. But I had purchased the groupon for a regular cleaning already (which I do every year). They refused to do a normal cleaning....or refund me. My experience at Dental First Care was brilliant. From the moment I walked in Ana took wonderful care of me. She took my x-rays. And then Dr Emmanuel came in for my exam and my cleaning and it was wonderful. I was very happy with the experience and will be back.
