They will not accept payment via HSA unless you call in to make payment. They charge you a $9.00 fee to process this payment. Why you can not pay online with HSA card is beyond me. First company that has not aloud me to do this. I give them a 1 star from charging customers $9.00 to process a HSA. We have HSA for this reason to pay medical bills.
