I was told last year this place was no longer taking my insurance...So I found a new Dentist ..Recently found out I had a problem with a crown breaking that Lebanon Dental Excellence done. That I would need bridge work .I was very shocked to find out Lebanon Dental Excellence had charged my Insurance for a lower parcel ...I never received a parcel from Lebanon Dental Excellence ..Nor was fitted for one These people are crooks ..I have filed a complaint on this office with my Insurance Company .Hopefully Lebanon Dental will b... read more
EXCELLENT SERVICE! I had a bad experience a few years ago with a dentist in Gallatin,so I was over due for a cleaning but after a friend recommended Dental Excellence I tried them out. What an amazing staff! So understanding to my situation, treated me greatly and the fact they are open 7 days a week is amazing! I highly recommend Dr Blair and his staff!!
