This dental board is a "good old boy" agency! My complaint took over a year and was then dismissed, no explanation, just DISMISSED? It was because of the examiner! I called te examiner but 5 left messages were never returned. I became suspicious when someone called my home to speak to the dentist I filed my claim on. I know, you're saying: WHAT? Hard to believe as it is, it happened! I'd rather go to mexico to get dental care, as I've yet to find a worthy dentist in Arizona. The dentist I complained about was fired after my ... read more

Cheap, uncaring and almost useless people who continually delay and lowball my doctors for THEIR benefit...not the patient. Fact. UPDATE; ITS BEEN 8+ YEARS..YEARS..and I'm still waiting on this completely useless board. Another fact. Still don't have my teeth replaced from an aggravated assault.
Hello Mary Ford, I wanted to let you know I think you are really bad at your job, it is obvious you dont care about the cases under your supervision and I blame having you on my case In part for the poor outcome on my behalf. If you are not happy in your role please leave so that people have a fair chance at being at the right meeting for the ones they need to be at , I was keeping track the whole time , I would listen afterwards , I had no idea that I had to actually be at the initial meeting to ensure the case was not dism... read more
