The board refuses to take action even when a dentist has clearly acted unethically and tried to force unneeded treatment on patients. It is shameful that the board refuses to protect Arizona dental patients.
This is not the place to look to for help. I provided documentation of a bad fitting partial denture and documentation that the dentist overcharged me. This group found for the dentist. How? I have no idea. What I do know ow is this group doesn't work as advocates for patients. They protect dentists.

This dental board is a "good old boy" agency! My complaint took over a year and was then dismissed, no explanation, just DISMISSED? It was because of the examiner! I called te examiner but 5 left messages were never returned. I became suspicious when someone called my home to speak to the dentist I filed my claim on. I know, you're saying: WHAT? Hard to believe as it is, it happened! I'd rather go to mexico to get dental care, as I've yet to find a worthy dentist in Arizona. The dentist I complained about was fired after my ... read more
