All star staff. From energy, attitude, to care, the dentist even scheduled my follow up appointment herself as her secretary was in the bathroom. World class service!
The dentist is very nice and understanding about mental illness and how it manifests, and there's no judgement from her about the state of your teeth like I've experienced from other dentists. She is gentle and I've never felt any pain through multiple extractions, fillings, a root canal, and repairs. Highly recommended! Edit: She also accepts Masshealth, and finding a good dentist that does can be difficult, in my experience.
Hands down the best dentist I've ever had. The entire team is open, kind, patient and simply amazing. I am always filled with anxiety going to a dentist but they are so great at calming ne down and supporting me. Thank you to the entire dental element team for being you and all that you do. Most of all , thank you for giving me hope.
The two stars are specifically for the dental hygenist because without her it would be 0 she was the reason i kept coming back for the most part. I've been coming here for a few years now and its the only place where ive had a filling done that hurt for the 6 months i had it before it ultimately failed (never had one fail before) they knew it hurt and said " sometimes thats just how it goes" the dentist is pushy and lacking in empathy just in general and bedside manner.
