I was excited about being able to go to the dentist and get my teeth fixed.. the first dentist I encountered was rude and unprofessional and treated their patients like lower class an just wanted to do a bunch of root canals then they saw I was visibly uncomfortable with how they the dentist treated me me and set me up with a the male dentist waited over an hour for the dentist to arrive due to weather to offer more cleanings and root canals told we would start with a deep cleaning now a month and half later I call to see wh... read more
Dr. Shah at the Webster location did an amazing job at replacing my terrible smile with an upper denture that looks wonderful now. She is very gentle and always asking if I was in any pain during extractions, at which time she numbed the area some more. The staff is pleasant and is very accommodating when making appointments. I have and will continue to recommend Dental Elements in Webster to anyone looking for a good dentist.
