I’ve been going to this dental office for about 3 years and give high marks to the complete staff. Ashli at the front desk is truly always welcoming and efficient, Mallory the hygienist is professional and kind, Dana in Billing recently positively completed an annoying 6 month appeal bill for a crown with my insurance. Dr Huebner and his assistants for fillings, exams and crowns are very professional and easygoing as well during sometimes stressful procedures. Dental Elements are so dishonest. They tell you that your insurance will pay and come to find out that they didn’t do the follow through and I got stuck with over $600 for deep cleaning. I called the office and I was then told that they don’t have time to check on my insurance because they have too many patients and don’t have time to call the insurance company for verification. They are not what you think. They will milk you for money any chance they get. Stay away!
First time at Dental elements and they were amazing. Katie did a great job and was very thorough.
Love this dental office everyone is so professional and greets you by name. Dr Jackson and staff are GREAT and best cleaning I have had. 😃
