I needed a new dentist as my prior one left his practice. Dental dreams was available and takes masshealth. While I am grateful to have a dentist available for the needed emergencies, I have had 5 appointments now in a few months. I have never been called in at the time of the appointment, in fact, every single appointment I have waited an hour. That's not convenient when leaving work for an appointment and needing to return.
