I have been treated by Dental Domain for the past 2 years. The receptionist was very unprofessional. She call you by your first name. Me and my wife both received fillings and the fillings fell out. I paid for treatment in September 2024 and in January 2025, I was told that I owed $126.00 more because my dental insurance would not cover it because they had worked on the tooth in the past year. I was also over charge by $200.00 on January 7, 2025. I wouldn't recommend Domain Dental to anyone.
Dr. White and her staff are wonderful! Dr. White is very compassionate and caring. I appreciated how she took the time to explain everything to me and showed me different options for my treatment course. Her staff were just as equally helpful. The atmosphere in the lobby is very relaxing as well. I highly recommend her services and a plus is that she communicates through text message even after business hours. Very pleased with her services!
Dr. White and her staff was AMAZING !! Very thorough and gentle. My teeth are sensitive Dr. White was so gentle and understanding. The dentist hygienist Roderick advised each step throughout the entire procedure. Great dentists can be difficult to find. If I could I’d give them Dental Domain 10 stars. I’m so excited to continue getting dental services from Dr. White !! Thank you so much Dr. White
