The staff were excellent with my 3-year-old son during his CBCT. I unexpectedly had to bring along my baby as well and everyone was extremely understanding and helpful. The staff explained what was going to happen calmly to my son and even showed him how the machine worked. I was able to stay in the room with him to reassure him and it only took a few minutes to get everything done.
Best place to get referral x-ray done. Easy process and the staff are great.
I have been there today for CBCT scan. I was reading bad reviews about here but when i went there it was all different,they were very pleasant and friendly. Especially the reception staff Jen with very contagious smile and Jaime the radiographer were excellent. Another girl at reception also was very friendly and welcoming, sorry i couldn't remember her name. Only thing is parking is a bit tricky. One of the only places that can perform a CBCT scan. After reading low reviews, i went in sceptical for a scan. Staff were professional, assisted where required, and don't make a fuss if things go wrong. My only improvement would be to have a sign on the door saying they're open or closed as I was there prior to opening and I couldn't tell if they were open untill checking maps.
Rude receptionist! Customer service is a must in these jobs!
