By far the WORST customer service I have ever received. The manager, teresa, is belligerent and unprofessional. She speaks to patients with disrespect and will not let you speak. She will speak over you, belittle you and bully you. I asked to speak to Dr Newman to report a complaint against her and she deliberately hung up on me. Dr. Newman, Dr. Tam, and the staff are kind, friendly, and professional. I've been going to Dental Designs for 3 years now. I've seen several different hygienists and they're all so sweet! The office is clean and I receive great care there.

I just moved here. I needed a crown put back on. I looked up Dentists near me, reviewed all the Dentists near Red Mill area. I chose Dental Designs. The staff was very friendly from the front desk to the Dr. Amy Tam. I will be back. This office is great.
