I had a terrible experience at Dr. Hansen's dental office, and I feel the need to warn other parents. My 5-year-old son was told he needed fillings, and I expressed my concern that he would not tolerate the procedure. The doctor and his staff reassured me that he wouldn’t feel anything and would be asleep during the process. I trusted them and paid for the numbing, expecting a smooth procedure. 100/100 would recommend. I was told it’d be best to get dentures from another dentist, I went in to have a consult about getting all my teeth removed to do so & dr.Hansen assured me he could fix my teeth. I trusted him & he did just that. This is the first of many visits I will have. But he listened & focused on the areas I asked. I have really bad anxiety going to the dentist & he also focused on that & made me as comfortable as can be. So grateful for him & his staff & excited for the next steps to fully fix my smile!
I can’t thank Dental Designers enough for the incredible care I received! I needed a root canal and some cosmetic fixes to my front teeth, and the results are amazing. I was put under sedation. I give them 0 stars...(I only selected 1 star so that it would allow me to post this review). I called their office to get an impacted wisdom tooth extracted as they were listed as an emergency dental office. I arrived 40 minutes before my scheduled appointment time today and was told by the receptionist that they accepted my dental insurance and that if there were any issues with it or if I owe any money that she would let me know before I was called to the back by the dr. Dr. Hanson and his staff are great! Very friendly and welcoming environment. The Dental work i had done for my broken tooth looks amazing!!! They are also very wonderful with children. My child was so scared the first time going to the dentist to get a teeth cleaning. Now looks forward to it!
