I've been a patient of Dr. Jackson's since 2013. Clearly, I like him; he's a nice guy. BUT I am DISAPPOINTED with how he has handled reimbursing me for a botched attempt at straightening my teeth with clear aligners. After 5+ years of treatment (78 aligner trays), he referred me to an orthodontist in September 2025. This means an additional NINE to 25 MONTHS of orthodontic treatment and an additional $3,624-$4,100 ON TOP OF the five years and $1,500 I paid out of pocket in 2020.
