This is not a provider issue, this is strictly a billing issue. On the date of the visit after services were completed, we checked out and were told no payment was due. We were told the charts are still being worked on and that anything owed would be mailed out. Upon receiving our first statements only the balance due was included. There was not a detailed invoice of the charges included. I tried calling their local 918 number and also their 405. Have a painful hole in tooth. Called, asked of they took Aetna, they said yes. Said soonest appt was 2 weeks out. That's two weeks of pain. Went in for appt started filling out paper work and they called me up and said "we dont take DMO insurance plans." Really? DMO is better coverage than PMO. Why wouldn't a dental company take that plan? Why wouldnt they tell me that two weeks ago? Now its Dec 3rd and all the dentists are booked up for the holidays. Meanwhile I'm stuck here with a painful tooth for probably past New Years.... read more

My sons last dentist was not a kid person. Switched to Dental Depot and absolutely love it. My son loves going here. And gets super excited over the trains

I do not recommend this dentist to anyone.the staff is rude and they do work that doesn't need to be done. I recommend getting a second opinion of else ur whole mouth might need work. I had 2 opinions and one was far different than the other.. The staff especially Adrianna is very rude. When I asked for copies of my xrays they refused to give them to me. Went here because they were open on Saturday and didnt have to take off work.Had very bad pain in my tooth and after x-rays she said my tooth was fine, recommended me to a specialist. Well two weeks later I went to my regular dentist a (REAL DENTIST) and the tooth was cracked on both sides. How can someone who calls themselves a Dentist miss that???

Dental depot is Midwest city is awesome! I have taken my kids to dental depot for years and they have always taken care of my family! Love them!

They had a great dentist, Dr. Chang. But every visit had new staff and new hygenists and new office policies for 2 years. one visit the hygenist "forgot me for over 40 minutes. Sometimes they couldn't explain the bill. I stayed for the Dentist, then he left, so did I.

I will not be returning to Dental Depot. I caution others to avoid this place as it is highly disorganized and unprofessional. I arrived early at 3:05 for my 3:30 appointment. At 4:10, after numerous (10-15) people who had arrived after me had been taken back for their cleanings, I approached the front desk inquiring why my name hadn't been called.
