Great orthodontist!
From my first kids appointment to the their braces came off, my experience with Dr. Morales has been nothing short of amazing! The entire team is so cheerful (I seriously need to know what coffee they’re drinking!) and always had answers for all of my questions. If you’re looking for an office that feels warm and welcoming from day one, this is absolutely the place to go. I love how detail-oriented Dr. Morales is and how she takes the time to explain everything clearly. Not to mention her whole team is just awesome!
I was misled about my orthodontic treatment from the start. I was promised a different outcome and was told I'd receive a free Oral-B toothbrush kit if I signed up that day during a special promotion. I signed up but never got the toothbrush, despite being told to wait. The office had several manager changes, with some negative comments from the first manager.
