Dental Depot on Greenway Road had the warmest office I've been in, in years. All staff members were friendly. Christina was awesome making sure I got the service I needed. Dr. Johnson and his assistant (i apologize for not remembering her name)talked me through the whole procedure and we're great about the whole thing. All in all great places to go for dental work.
I called to confirm my son’s appointment for Friday 01/16/2026 at 4pm and I was told by the receptionist that my son’s appointment was requested to be rescheduled. Meaning his appointment was cancelled without notifying me. When was I supposed to be aware of this”resquest”? And by whom is this request? Now I have to wait till next month according to the receptionist. No appointment was offered to me.
