I used to have good experiences here, but the quality of care and overall professionalism have gone completely downhill. The practice feels like a revolving door with staff—you rarely see the same employees twice, which leads to total disorganization, mismanaged appointments, and a complete lack of continuity in care. What a suprise of a dental clinic. I was skeptical at first, turned out to be above average. Lots of young people working together to make your dental experience less scary than your mind likes to make it out to be. The doctor explained all that would be done and all that needs to be done.
