I love dental depot. Dr. Patel and all the admin ladies are great.
Dr Patel is wonderful as well as the staff. Efficient & personable! After some disappointing experiences elsewhere, Dental Depot has been a refreshing experience for my mouth & me.

I left a review 2 years ago and its at the end of this review, this is an updated review. October 2026-I have concerns again about the receptionist staff, there are new people and they are not friendly, I walked in and wasnt greeted. The young lady didnt even look at me and started talking, so I thought she was speaking either to someone else or on the phone. I had to ask her was she speaking to me and she said yea and I was like ohhh OK, I then greeted her and said Hi, how are you? so she can see how being friendly works. ... read more
My 9 and 7 year old had appointments today at 8am. We got there on time and all the other 8am appointments went back except us. Around 8:20 I asked what was going on and one staff member said they are about to call us, then another said they only have 2 DA's and are waiting for another to arrive before they take us back. So the 8:30 appointments start coming in and thry instantly call them back! Leaving us waiting for 30 minutes.
