I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Dental Concepts during my Invisalign follow-up appointment. This was my first follow-up since receiving my Invisalign trays about 2 to 3 months ago. When I arrived, I was told that I was supposed to bring my Invisalign boxes back to every appointment. No appointment reminder stated this, and I was not given a clear written handout at my initial appointment explaining what was required for future Invisalign visits. I have had the best dentist experience here at DC, the Patel's are the nicest people and the staff is always so friendly and attentive it feels more like family than a dentist's office.
