I can’t recommend Allen Modern Dental enough. Dr. Le and Dr. Cho are not only highly skilled professionals, but also genuinely caring, compassionate providers who make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. Throughout my Invisalign treatment, Dr. Le went above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule, even when I needed last-minute adjustments, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free. If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a medical provider. My Appointment was already canceled 30 minutes before my appt same day. Which I had already taken off of work & was traveling. Another time I was sent to the wrong location (this location) which is where I go but they said I was supposed to go to Plano ( the wait to be seen there was over an hour last I went) and now I’ve been told my regular office doesn’t even have an orthodontist available. ... read more
I’ve been going to Allen Modern Dental for a few years now, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! Dr. Le is an incredibly knowledgeable and caring dentist who always takes the time to explain procedures and ensure I’m comfortable. Every visit has been a positive experience, and I always feel like I’m in good hands. The office staff is just as wonderful – Elizabeth at the front desk is amazing!
