If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a medical provider. My Appointment was already canceled 30 minutes before my appt same day. Which I had already taken off of work & was traveling. Another time I was sent to the wrong location (this location) which is where I go but they said I was supposed to go to Plano ( the wait to be seen there was over an hour last I went) and now I’ve been told my regular office doesn’t even have an orthodontist available. ... read more

I’ve been going to Allen Modern Dental for a few years now, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! Dr. Le is an incredibly knowledgeable and caring dentist who always takes the time to explain procedures and ensure I’m comfortable. Every visit has been a positive experience, and I always feel like I’m in good hands. The office staff is just as wonderful – Elizabeth at the front desk is amazing!
