I recently had the pleasure of meeting Edward, he immediately stood out as one of the most professional, thoughtful & genuinely engaging individuals I’ve encountered in quite some time. His honesty, warmth & kindness make him not only an exceptional clinician but also someone who naturally earns the trust & respect of those around him. He brings a rare combination of skill, humility & heart - that leaves a lasting impression.
I came for a check up and the staff were really nice and helpful (all the receptionists, Luana practice manager, and Manon Wyn Davies the dentist :) )
I have been a patient for many years and have always had a good experience with the exception of my last visit. As I had not visited the dentist for sometime, I had to pay private, but was told by the practice manager, for my next check up I could return as a NHS patient. Unfortunately this did not turn out to be the case, as I was treated as a private patient and when I questioned why this had happened, was advised this was never the case.
