One star only because it won't let me leave zero! My husband went in early this afternoon for an extraction. The dentist didn't say a word to him when he came in, gave him the novicane shots, rinced his mouth, & went straight in for the extraction without even waiting for the novicane to take effect!! (nobody told him "raise your hand if you feel any pain" & the tooth was out in less than 2 minutes).
