One star only because it won't let me leave zero! My husband went in early this afternoon for an extraction. The dentist didn't say a word to him when he came in, gave him the novicane shots, rinced his mouth, & went straight in for the extraction without even waiting for the novicane to take effect!! (nobody told him "raise your hand if you feel any pain" & the tooth was out in less than 2 minutes). Made my appointment 6 months ago they canceled the appointment and gave me new appointment 5 months out . Run don’t walk away from this place, they wasted my time I could have went elsewhere.
This Office is one of the most inept I've ever been in. The new office help is clearly inexperienced. Appointments are made are yearly instead of six months, as they claim they have nothing sooner, and then they call six or seven months later and give you a cancelled appointment.
Dr. Amanda Beck-Slumka, first time meeting Dr. with 2yr old attitude!! when questioned about diagnosis from Dr. Scott Gillard that stated something totally different from hers, she stormed out without answering any questions. Now have to go back to see Dr. Gillard and waste more gas that is so cheap these days!! The staff is nice though
Dr. Ladd (and her Assistant) was very, very good. I walked in with a dental emergency and was examined promptly. It was determined that the problem tooth had to go, and so Dr. Ladd performed a smooth, painless extraction, for which I am grateful. I recommend this clinic for anyone living in this area.
I was told about MCDC by my daughter who is also a patient. I have had dentures for years and my bottom teeth broke .I went MCDC and the whole staff is very PROFESSIONAL.I am very happy 😁
Horrible just horrible the secretary are just rude and they threatened they could be mean if they want because they are the workers. The Stress put my child through is not ok at all. Not worth the stress to even try see how nice to he do for may be. Need to fire rude person that answer the phone. Also never calls you back
Great service ! Dr.Sarkees has made me smile again,very professional and I would highly recommend for dentures. The staff is also Great !
