Highly recommend! I’m so happy with my Invisalign treatment from Dr. wong. Everything was explained clearly, the team was very accommodating, and the results have been great. I even travelled from Victoria because it was absolutely worth it!

There are repeated errors with billing, insurance, and charges, which has completely undermined my trust in the front desk’s competence. The receptionist is rude and unprofessional. I echo the sentiments of many others who have posted here — this was not an isolated incident, but part of a consistent pattern of poor behaviour.
