I had a very disappointing experience at CDVO Dental Clinic for both myself and my husband. For my case: On my first visit, they did an X-ray and later gave me a filling on one front tooth, also scheduling another appointment for additional work. A few days later, I started having pain in that same tooth. I called, and they asked me to come the next day. Très mauvaise expérience. La réceptionniste a été extrêmement impolie et méprisante. Après avoir terminé, la dentiste m’a ensuite proposé de m’accompagner à la réception pour un rendez-vous et un devis. À l’accueil, la dame m’a littéralement dit qu’elle n’avait pas mon temps, qu’elle était occupée, et que je n’avais qu’à payer les frais et partir sans discuter.
