I had went in for a tooth extraction, and came out with a smile. It's not my first extraction so I knew what to expect. I do have anxiety with dentists but they stopped when they realised I wasn't doing to good. Got real dizzy, nauseous, and my hands clamped up. They helped me through it, and waited until I was ready to continue. Two teeth gone in 45 minutes, would highly recommend.
