Thank you for providing such a comfortable and positive experience for my mother. The office staff was very friendly, and the office was extremely clean. Dr. Billy was wonderful with my mom—she said it was the best dental care she has ever received. We will definitely be continuing her care here moving forward!
I had such a great experience at Dental Charms! The entire staff was amazing—so welcoming, sweet, and professional from the moment I walked in. They were very accommodating with my appointment time and even squeezed me in when I arrived late, which I really appreciated. I have never felt so at ease at a dentist. The office and staff are warm and welcoming. They went above & beyond for my dental needs. The dr came up with a good plan to give me a healthy, straight smile.
I can’t find the words to give this dentist office the praise it truly deserves! It was amazing all the way around! From the reception (Mary was so incredibly kind and reassuring)to the dental hygienist, and for sure Dr.Billy. They calmed my fear and nerves and were so kind and professional.
