I can’t say enough good things about this office. Both my son and I have been coming here, and every visit has been a great experience. The dentist is incredibly skilled, gentle, and truly cares about their patients. My son used to be nervous about dental appointments, but now he actually looks forward to going! I can’t say enough great things about Dental Charms. Dr. Zahir is absolutely amazing, and the entire team, including Mary, Christina, and Destiny, is wonderful. Today was great! Mary, the front desk gal, is super friendly. I felt right at home. The hygienist Destiny, just back from her honeymoon, did an awesome job! Great personality! Dr. Billy is very thorough and a pleasant guy. It's very nice to have the actual Dentist do the cleaning! I can't remember when I've had the dentist do more than check for cavities! Very nice. Dr. Billy and staff are very personable and attentive. Doc takes his time to address my questions. No pressure to do unnecessary dental work (unlike my previous dentist). I don’t have dental insurance and they are very reasonable for their services.
I have never felt so comfortable and welcomed at a dentist. I have a huge fear of dental work but this place put my fears to rest. The staff and Dr are so friendly and efficient. I had to have a tooth extraction today and they made me feel very at ease. I highly recommend this Dentist.
