50 minute wait and an existing filling was scraped as it was mistaken for a cavity during cleaning
During a dental cleaning the dentist scraped my amalgam filling in between my teeth so much that I saw a piece of filling come out in mouth wash after the cleaning here. I checked the filling afterwards with a different dentist and was told that my enamel was ruined and had to get the filling fixed. I won’t be coming back here I also waited 50 minutes to get a dental cleaning scheduled for 4pm.
I just wanted to thank the doctor for being so patient, gentle, and understanding during my dental visit. I was really anxious, but she made me feel comfortable by carefully explaining every step and reassuring me along the way. Her experience and knowledge really showed, and it helped me relax and trust her completely. Thank you so much for your kindness and great care! I highly recommend her to anyone who feels nervous about dental visits—you’ll be in great hands!
