❗️I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the doctor B. King . Without my consent, the doctor performed procedures on my son’s teeth, drilling into three healthy teeth without any prior discussion or approval. There was no X-ray taken, and the teeth were perfectly healthy. Specifically, the seventh tooth of my 15-year-old child, which had erupted about one-third, could not have been affected by cavities. Awful service and extremely unhelpful receptionist. I tried several times to get in touch by phone to reschedule my appointment no one ever answered. A week later, I finally got through, only to be offered a single slot that clashed with my school run. The whole experience was very disappointing, especially considering the cost (£85 just for a short consultation and prescription).
