Went to have replacement flipper made. First one did not fit at all and had a new one cast. Second one did not fit also. After 6-7 adjustments I said I don't think this one is going to work, and what can we do about it. She proceeded to get defensive with me, and informed me not to get nasty with her. I explained that the appliance did not touch the roof of my mouth, and that I have to live with it everyday of my life. She went and got the mold to show me that the appliance fits the mold.
