Office failed to submit dental work to insurance. Sent me a bill. I called the office and was told, oh disregard the bill, we need to submit the claim to the insurance. 2 years later I get a letter from a collection agent to regain the money for the bill. When I called the office Dr. Pavalock tells me that if I have a problem paying my bills it is not his problem. I told him I do not have a problem paying bills that I know I have.
