Good luck getting an appointment here. They don't answer the phone or call back. Went here starting a few years ago and had positive experiences until the last appointment I was able to schedule there. I was supposed to follow up for fillings and was told the lady who scheduled them wasn't in and to call back the following week to schedule. Since then I have never been able to speak to a human being despite numerous calls and attempts to schedule over a year period. I want to make an addendum to my review of this business. Despite the problems I experienced, Christian and the staff made things right and I now have this beautiful smile. Thank you all very much. It was worth the wait. Yes, I'm so happy I was crying. I just heard today that they are being closed. That’s a shame because they are a valued community resource. Someone should rethink this.
Was looking forward to getting my teeth cleaned but this place is no longer open... That explains why every other dentist in the city of Toledo can't get me in until 2025.
This dental office has closed due to lack of funds to pay to keep it open. They are also being sued by Siemens financial for six missed monthly payments for equipment including HVAC system, fire alarm system, building automation equipment, roofing and more. The terms specified the Dental Center of Northwest Ohio would make monthly payments of $4,732.86 for 84 consecutive months.
