Drove over an hour for my appointment that was scheduled 6 months ago and they cancelled. They wanted to reschedule but I can't just take days off of work for nothing and probably another cancelation. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Took me a year to get my first appointment. I wish I could give this place a 100 stars for a rating but I can't everyone here at the dental center in malone is really nice and understand I'm Autistic and I get nervous with dental work not only I felt less anxiety I felt like everyone was understanding very nice staff who work here I will definitely be coming back for my dentures and future dental work

This place is a joke I had issues with my teeth my face swollen and in pain I had Medicade and still they would not even see me I had to go to the Emergency room just to get antibiotics and pain reliever then ended up going to Plattsburgh to actually get the help I needed. This place in Malone should be shut down
I do not recommend this dentist go to another one all the do is hurl you around ( the staff are friendly ) but when you need to get your teeth done they end up call you ask you if you can cone in today or end up canceling the appointment you have ( they do take Medicaid heath insurance ) with my overall with them don’t go here
