The dentist pulled a tooth and it was very painful. Afterwards I was in a lot of pain for three weeks which her response was it is normal. I had a lot of teeth pulled in the past and it was nothing compared to how painful it was after this place did it. I told them that they are never pulling another tooth of mine.
Drove over an hour for my appointment that was scheduled 6 months ago and they cancelled. They wanted to reschedule but I can't just take days off of work for nothing and probably another cancelation. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Took me a year to get my first appointment. I wish I could give this place a 100 stars for a rating but I can't everyone here at the dental center in malone is really nice and understand I'm Autistic and I get nervous with dental work not only I felt less anxiety I felt like everyone was understanding very nice staff who work here I will definitely be coming back for my dentures and future dental work
