This place does NOT work on teeth . They waste time and money to “examine” then make a referral to other places at which once you go to those places you’ll have to do exactly the same thing as the first appointment, before any work is done . Secondly they say “oh we do some work but sometimes it requires a professional so we refer you to other people” if that’s the case then who do you have hired ?? Went there with acute dental pain. Instead of performing an extraction to fix the issue. They gave me a antibiotic and a 2 hour big bill , good job at not doing your job 👍 not to mention I go to call them from the moment they open till 10:30 , and no answer . But when I go in their all at the front desk . Bunch of lazy workers ignoring calls .

The dentist pulled a tooth and it was very painful. Afterwards I was in a lot of pain for three weeks which her response was it is normal. I had a lot of teeth pulled in the past and it was nothing compared to how painful it was after this place did it. I told them that they are never pulling another tooth of mine.

Drove over an hour for my appointment that was scheduled 6 months ago and they cancelled. They wanted to reschedule but I can't just take days off of work for nothing and probably another cancelation. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Took me a year to get my first appointment. My time is just as important as theirs. Part 2: I now have had a second appointment canceled just 3 days before. The excuse this time is that the insurance did not pre-authorize my procedure.
