Can't say enough good about this building. The people, the care, incredible! I started coming here about 5 years ago and I had never had any dental work done.. was an anxious mess. Dr. Bowers and team make me so comfortable and explain things thoroughly before starting! Grateful! Thank you team for all you do!

I quit going here because out of 3 crowns, 2 of them fell out in less than a year, one of them twice. When I went to get that one fixed the second time, they sent me a bill. The other one that fell out, just fell out for a second time today. What a hassle and terrible quality. I will now have to pay my NEW dentist to fix this shotty crown work.

I received an unexpected estimate for treatment from my insurance company. Neither the Dentist nor the Hygienist mention it to me, I called the office and they told me that they submitted it to see if my insurance would pay for it. The only reason I can come up with for them doing something like that, is once they found out my insurance would pay for it, now I' gonna need it. I went in for a normal scheduled cleaning with the hygienist who scheduled my appointment, when I got to the office there was someone else there that she was taking care of and I was moved to someone else without any notification. I think I should have a choice who cleans my teeth.
