I cracked a tooth over the weekend and called on monday morning for an emergency appointment. To my relief, they were able to fit me in just 3 hours later! As a nervous first-time patient, I really appreciated how kind, patient, and funny the team was. The dentist explained everything clearly and made the procedure as comfortable as possible. Having not been to a dentist for over 20 years I thought the time was right. Thankfully I found Dental Care at Smithfield. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and relaxed.When Jordan, the dentist came out to the waiting room to meet me the care and professionalism of this place shone. My treatment was painless and efficient with Jordan explaining every step of what he was doing. The Dental nurses and receptionists were wonderful. I will not wait 20 years to be back.
After being told that the only option for our 4-year-old daughter was to undergo treatment under full anaesthesia for dental decay, we decided to seek a second opinion. I saw Dr Jordan Sutherland today and he was amazing. He fixed my front tooth which had chipped, and the filling looks great, you can’t even tell I got a filling. And his DA Connie was so lovely and professional, and made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend!!!
