Everyone is always pleasant & efficient. The wait time is not long. Dr. Rivera doesn't do unnecessary procedures. If she isn't comfortable performing a procedure she won't attempt it, she refers you to a provider who is experienced for that procedure.
I had the BEST NEW PATIENT EXPERIENCE EVER! Starting at the front desk with Rita and Dianelle to Violet explaining everything we were going to do at my appointment. MJ is the best hygienist I have ever had! Very knowledgeable, gave me advice on brushing and flossing. Dr. Rivero was fantastic. Treated me like family, I live in Georgia but will definitely be making the drive to come to Dental Care on Fennell. A truly remarkable experience. Thank you Dianelle and Dr. Rivero!
Ana was an amazing dental hygienist. She was thorough and professional. She explained the process in detail and checked-in to make sure you’re still comfortable. Dr. Sonia was also explained the treatment plan in detail and was courteous.
Dr. Rivero is very caring and has super staff. Yenni did a great job whitening my teeth!
