I was in between dentists and I got a coupon for cleaning from Dentists on Ballentrae in Pittsboro, NC. It was $99 and they didn't file an insurance claim. The cleaning was very substandard. The worse I have ever had. No wonder it was cheap. That alone messed me up because I have to have 2 cleanings a year in claims and now I have a month to get a second cleaning from somewhere else where it is actually filed.
