Scheduled times need improving, twice I ended up sitting 15 to 20 minutes. On the dentistial side they are very professional and take care of your needs. Yes, I will recommend others.
Practice billing ppl are sus. Got charged months after last visit, then CALLED TWICE, spoke with someone who promised to look into it. NO CALL BACK. And even "live chat" refers to calling, so its a loop of being charged without verification. I've canceled my next visit. Look for update, but i expect it may include finding a better practice. Dental work is fine.
