I just had my first visit here. The staff are really, really great. They all made sure I was comfortable and wasn't in any pain. Had two teeth pulled, hardly felt a thing. Dr. Timothy Rorman is amazing.
I have been getting my routine cleanings from Dr Rorman for about ten years (even when he was in San Diego). He’s made me super comfortable and has never pressured me into anything scary. I grew up getting fillings every time I went to the dentist- Dr Rorman broke that trend. He lightly advised me to get my wisdom teeth every appointment for the first three years and I chose not to do it (until it bit me in the butt). Today was my first experience as a new patient, and I must say that my visit was more than great. It was wonderful!! I had filled out the paperwork ahead of time so it made the process a little faster, when I got into the office I was greeted by Carlo… He was friendly… And then I Met Dr. Rorman .. he was extremely nice… And very informative as far as the overall health of my gums…and I’m in braces… So I was really glad that he gave me some helpful information in regarding taking care of the braces and brushing properly and f... read more
Called because it says online emergency dentist…‘I proceed to tell him I think I may have a dry socket / infection from wisdom teeth removal.. unbearable pain to the cryin point and the surgeon I went to is closed on weekends with no contact of another line. The guy on the phone was stuttering and slurring like a drunk.. and proceeds to say there’s nothing we can do cause I didn’t go to their dental place? Lol what a joke
Avoid this place. They are constantly trying to upsell with dull customer service. Go elsewhere and feel like a human again.
