I received outstanding service and will definitely be returning for additional services. All of the staff were professional and took the time to address my questions diligently. Dr. English provided exceptional care and excellent work, taking the time to ensure all my needs were met. She was also very friendly and attentive throughout the entire process. Very disappointed. Came into this practice being honest of my dental care history. Due to my financial situation I was excited to receive x-rays and cleaning for $79 as advertised. However after my assessment I was told I did not qualify for the promotion and would have to have a $236 cleaning before qualifying for the promotional cleaning. It is very disheartening to see such predatory practices from a new and upcoming practice. I felt crying and more embarrassed than when I first walked in.
I always receive excellent care at Dental Care of Rolesville. I've been a patient for roughly a year. I look forward to my visit with my dentist and hygienists.
Rachel, mu hygienist was very patient, gentle and answered all my questions. Dr. English was very friendly and informative about my dental care. Highly recommend!
