High pressure sales tactics for multiple services that aren't covered by insurance, using fear to pressure into agreeing to unnecessary treatment. As a mother I was fearful for my child's health and well being. This was something the staff clearly took advantage of. Upon further research on treatment it was not necessary and very costly.

I would not recommend this dental practice at all. Personnel turnover is very high. Every new hygienist pressures you into a new expensive not covered by insurance treatment. Rarely actually see a dentist. They make you sign a greenery on the amount you will need to pay over insurance. You pay it and then they continue to bill you after you leave the office. They do not know how to work with insurance. You call to discuss a bill and they never answer.

I had 7 permanent crowns done this morning! Dr. Tomlinson and her assistant Shanet are a great team! I felt absolutely NO pain from start to finish. After the anesthetic wore off, still NO pain. It's such a relief to have this behind me! 1/ 22/24 I had the left upper and lower teeth deep cleaned today. It was Much less painful then I expected, including the numbing process.
