Rude receptionist. Can’t ever get anyone to call you back or answer a phone call!
I have always been afraid of any dentist and dental office, but Dr. Pence and his staff were recommended by a coworker, so I gave them a shot. From my first visit to my recent root canal, him and his staff were amazing. They fully understood my uncomfortablity and worked with me to make my experience as quick and painless as possible! If I could give them more than five stars, I would! Thank you all so much for being super friendly and making my visits feel nothing shy of friendly and understanding!
Don't do it.. he will rip you off any chance he gets! Horrible work my sons cap didn't last a year.. they quoted me a price. I paid it and then they later tried to charge me hundreds of dollars that I never agreed to after the work was done.. tried to work with pence himself to come half way because it was he's staffs fault and he was unwilling to work with me..
