This place needs a positive 10 (!!!) out of a five point scale!! One of their clinic representatives/office assistant called my insurance and got my amount down by four hundred dollars despite the fact that initially my insurance had declined paying any of the amount at all. Insurance companies, right! Augh! Then, as I was leaving the other clinic representative, once she realized my HSA card was having difficulty, assured me it was okay to pay the remaining difference by calling the payment in after I had left the clinic. Everyone was very nice!! Dr was very knowledgeable!!
I am only giving one star because I can not give ZERO. I made an appointment to see an oral surgeon, which is advertised on their website and I was told by the person who made the appointment that I can be seen and have the tooth removed the same day with an oral surgeon. I arrive on time, sign the paperwork. The hygentist brought me back and I told her why I was there, including the fact that I do not respond to novicane. I had my first appointment here today and I can't say enough how much I already love this place. I have had a fear of dentist my entire life, but I did not feel any fear today. Candice was so incredibly understanding, nice and friendly. I honestly felt like I'd met her a million times before! She made me feel like she cared about my fears, my concerns and my health in general.
