DR. REFAI and RAY are the absolute most professional and calming pair. They made me feel safe and were very concerned for my comfort during my appointment. I am happy to say I look forward to seeing them for my future appointment. Front desk ladies were also so sweet and feel like family. Great office!!
My first visit to this dental office was excellent. Ray, the assistant, made me feel comfortable right away with his great sense of humor. Dr. Yasser Refai was professional, thorough, and excellent in every way. Kathy at the front desk was amazing and got me an emergency appointment right away, which I truly appreciated. Everyone was kind, efficient, and caring . I’m so glad I found this office and highly recommend them!
Dr. Refai is by far the best dentist I’ve ever seen. For the first time, I feel completely confident in a dentist’s advice and treatment plan. He’s exceptionally skilled and takes the time to explain everything in detail. He also has a great sense of humor with patients and staff alike. I especially appreciated how he shows your X-rays on a large screen and walks you through exactly what’s going on—it really builds trust.
