I love it here! They are very good and I had a wonderful experience.
Had multiple cleanings there in the last few months, very good and thorough work! Cathy my hygienist was incredible!! Will be back again.
I finally found my dentist for a life time. I am a very anxious patient and Dr Refai took such great care of me. He calmed all my nerves, answered all my questions, and told me step by step what he was going to do. He was so professional and caring. He looked right into my eyes and told me I was going to be ok!! I left there not feeling embarrassed for my dental phobia. Also, Cathy the hygienist is so nice and gentle.
The staff is amazing! The hygienist, Cathy, is extremely experienced, and shows she truly cares about her patients! I will recommend everyone to this office!
Dr. Refai is incompetent and rude, save your money and your teeth and see someone else. Dr. Refai is extremely disrespectful to patients, he always seems to be in such a rush to leave the room that he doesn't even answer patient's questions. Bedside manner is nonexistent. He is also an incompetent medical professional, recommending treatments when they are not necessary. Please get a second opinion if you see Dr. Refai.
