[Updated review after being contacted by the office] Wasn’t able to get an appointment no matter how many times I contacted their office via call voicemail and text message as the secretary wasn’t available. Eventually got a call in response to my email to them during which the secretary Azi was claiming she has never received anything and she kept insisting I need to provide information (which I repeatedly told her I would from my call logs!) on how I contacted them so that she can “problem solve”.
