Went in to get mouth guard due to TMJ issues. Was told to have two fillings than would do prep for mouth guard. After 1hour and 15 minutes with fillings done was told to rebook for next week to see how fillings had settled . When I asked to use the bathroom my request was declined and was told that clients were not allowed to use their facilities. I walked out $500 poorer, still with bilateral TMJ pain as well as pain in my abdomen. Management should revise this policy and provide better facilities for the comfort of their p... read more
